Great job.Comic Life is also great for doing school projects, how to guides, flyers for your business or group, storyboarding, lesson plans, book reports, Internet memes and that’s just to name a few! Creating an original work is easy with the script editor. They left all the good stuff and made improvements where needed.
A lot of times software updates come with a bunch of unnecessary changes to things that already worked. Thank you to all the developers who took the time to really think these changes through. I tried a couple of other apps before I settled on this several years ago and I’m so glad I picked the winner. They’ve updated the values which I’d love to use but I’m not going to take the time to grade my collection. They’ve made improvements to entering a comic too. The edit screen is a major improvement too. I can add my own series groups too like “Batman mini series”. Unbelievable! I actually reached out a few years ago to ask for this and I can’t believe it’s here. It seriously takes less than a minute per series. I can move all my Superman or Batman comics into a series group through group editing. I didn’t have that kind of time so I’ve just been dealing with the series list.īut this latest release has group editing.

They had series groups but to use them effectively, I’d have to manually update thousands of books to put them in the correct series group. While it does a nice job of managing your comic database, it does leave a bit to be desired in terms of updating values as the market changes. I have over five hundred series so scrolling through just my Batman books was a pain. Comic Collector: creates software for cataloging movies, music, games, books, and most importantly here: comics. One thing that was always a pain was the groupings. They’ve made improvements over the years. But there are a surprising amount of comic reading applications meant for old-fashioned desktop machines, too. I still see people doing it the old schools way with paper and I show them the app. Comic Collection Software Free Comic books as a medium seem tailor-made for tablets, even if the timeline doesn’t precisely add up. Then I found this app and scanning in books and carrying a copy of my inventory in my pocket made trips to my LCS much more enjoyable. I used to track my books in spreadsheets and scribble notes for months until I took the time to update them. This app was the best thing to happen to my comic life since I read my first Batman comic more years ago than I will admit to. If I could marry an app, this would be my pick. Great service and for only $15 a year of membership, one of the best purchases I’ve made.Ībsolutely recommend this program.

I have a large collection that I have never fully inventoried and I’ve had to use multiple sources for cataloging and Value determination. New to CLZ, I read about this app online and saw it reviewed in a YouTube video. Just finished my trial period and purchased the yearly membership.
